Very happy with how they handled everything AZ Home Daylight installed a Solatube skylight a while back, and unfortunately, the seal failed and it leaked when we got our first rain. What really impressed me was how the company handled it. Even though they’ve moved on from Solatube and now work with VELUX skylights, they still stood by their work and replaced the leaking unit under warranty — no questions asked. They installed a new VELUX skylight, and it’s a huge improvement. It looks a lot cleaner from the inside — no visible PVC trim like the Solatube had — and just feels like a better-quality product overall. The install was quick and smooth, and the guys doing the work were friendly and professional. This company was responsive, exceptional communication, and effortless install and the follow up was immediate when the leak occurred. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Out of all the upgrades we have done to our new (older) home, the installation of tube skylights was the best! From the time Kevin provided the quote, and educated me on the product, to Amanda's meticulous coordination of the installation with our roofing company (had a new roof installed at the same time), I would give this family-owned company 1000 stars if I could. We purchased 7 tube skylights to brighten very dark hallways, closets, a laundry room and a master bathroom. The before and after photos are remarkable and I will post them here. We have had these for almost a year-no issues with leaking, no heat coming through these, no bugs, nothing! Just bright day light and a beautiful warm glow at night from the night light (get that for tax right-off). This family is the real deal when it comes to honesty, integrity and an overall love for what they do. Their amazing work from estimator (Kevin) to office management (Amanda) and their installers prove this. They were responsive to any inquiries we had and helped us secure no interest financing. The Arizona Home Daylight team was extremely helpful. They were flexible in order to come when it worked for me and they did an excellent job, both with skylight placement and installation. I spoke with Valerie on the phone and she was so knowledgeable and then the technician that arrived on time and texted me that he was on his way was Dustin. He was courteous and knowledgeable and it was 107° when he climbed into my attic and my roof. And he smiled the whole time. I had four skylights put in and I love all of them. One was in a small bedroom being used as a TV room so I added the dimmer so I can push a button on a remote and it will dim if you wanted to watch a movie in the middle the daytime. That room was a black hole before and if I try to take a before picture it would just look like a black hole. My kitchen is so cheerful and my dark entryway is nice and white and I can actually see my clothes in my closet now. Plus I get a tax credit from the state of Arizona and the federal when I do my taxes. Dustin went above and beyond and even help me with another project I had going on at my house now. This is a great company. We initially had Kevin the owner come to our home to give us an estimate for a Solatube (Sun Tunnel) for our hallway. We have always felt the hallway in our home was too dark, and thought this would be the perfect spot for the Solatube. We decided on a spot and made an appointment for installation. When Dustin showed up on installation day we weren't sure we wanted it in the exact spot in the hallway we first picked. I also was thinking the night before that maybe it would be better in our laundry room, as there is no natural light in that room, it's very dark.. My husband and I are always in the laundry room, whether passing in and to get to and from the garage, doing laundry, or simply looking for something in there. This was my gut instinct to put in in the laundry room, but in the end decided to put in in the hallway which was near the laundry room. After living with it for a day or two in this location we decided it was way too bright for the location in the hallway we had picked. I was sorry we didn't decide on the laundry room. I called the company back and asked if it was possible to move it to the laundry room. Dustin gladly came out the next day to take some measurements to see if we could move the tubing in the attic from the hallway to the laundry room without losing much light, as we did not want to move the roof location. Dustin determined it was possible. We scheduled an appointment to have him come the next week to move it to the laundry room. We were so glad we did this. It offers so much light in a room that is used numerous times during the day. No need to worry about turning a light on. You'll actually think a light is on and you need to turn it off, that's how much light it offers. Also, there is a night light installed in Solatube that is charged by the sun, and it works great at night. This company is easy to work with, knowledgeable, efficient, and very timely with the appointments. You will get numerous reminds of your upcoming appointment, and will get a text when the installer is on his way on your install day. When I would call the office to discuss various things they were always very kind, personable and very understanding. It was our fault that we didn't pick the location that would be most beneficial, not the company, they only did what we asked. I would definitely hire them again for any future jobs.
