We had two skylights replaced by Northern Ohio Skylights. Had 3 quotes and they were the best value by several hundred dollars. Todd was great through the entire process. The two young gentlemen that did the installation were awesome; very polite and professional (Brandon and unfortunately don't remember the other one's name). Very pleased with the entire process including the results. Highly recommend this company.

We worked with Todd and his team as a direct recommendation from the manufacturer (Velux) after our roofer improperly installed our new skylight. Todd was diligent and his team was professional. They diagnosed the incorrect installed and worked around the weather and directly with the roofing company and Velux to correct the installation and educate us and the roofing company about how the roofing, facia and skylight components should work. Having a skylight installed by the roofer wrong (without a solar panel attached, with remotes not connected and with the opening caulked shut) was not an ideal ideal situation. Northern Ohio Skylight did the dective work, collaboration and fixes we needed to get it right.

I just got a new place, and the skylights were slightly leaky. By slightly leaky, I mean that I had an indoor water feature anytime it would rain, and buckets that I put on my floor to prevent damage. It was a lot of water. Todd and the team were available within a few days, came and did an outstanding job, done in only a few hours, but they had completely re-flashed the skylights fixing the issue that allowed in the water. It absolutely poured rain the day after the fix, and not a drop came inside. Best part, the (very reasonable) estimate given for the job was *exactly* the price charged. Very happy with the work done and the crew was very easy to deal with. Highly recommend using them.

What a great difference these skylights make. Northern Ohio Skylight came in with a good estimate, and a good installation. Todd (owner) kept us informed of the schedule, and was on site to make sure it was done correctly. Glad we did this and used Northern Ohio, I would use them again.

We bought a new house and was happy with everything except for kitchen was too dark and would like more air movement. I called Northern Ohio Skylight Solutions because they were the recommended warranty dealer. I couldn’t be more happy with the professionalism and the quality of work they did. Charles and his crew were neat polite and professional taking care of all of our needs. Charles even went out of his way to find the correct stucco brush to match our ceiling. Start to finish done in less than four days.

We needed multiple skylights replaced and contacted various roofers before finding Northern Ohio Skylight Solutions on the Velux website. Multiple companies sent out a representative but never gave an estimate and/or said the job was too big. NOSS gave us the most favorable estimate and could finish the job the quickest. They were also not at all intimidated by the size of the job. We have been very happy with the work, the time within which it was completed and the follow up. Charles provided excellent communication throughout the process and made sure that we are completely happy with the result. Mark, who was in charge of the project on-site, was great to work with and gave us updates daily. We recommend this company highly and will definitely hire them again in the future.

Charles was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Came and discussed in detail the options, the downsides of each, recommendations (actually recommended against getting 2 skylights which would have cost me more and I probably would have paid for!). Skylight was placed in a little less than 2 days just as he said and it looks great! There were some paint issues slightly mismatching that he even corrected and it looks great. No regrets going with Northern Ohio Skylight Solutions!

I had 3 quotes for a replacement on the skylight in our bathroom. Northern Ohio Skylight Solutions was the best of the 3 for identification of the original problem that required a skylight replacement, communication of the process, and the professionalism in which they handled the installation. Included in the installation was a walk through on hooking up the skylight shade to our router and for stand alone use with the remote control. Northern Ohio Skylight Solutions was not the least expensive of the 3 (but they were close), but they were worth it.

Excellent experience with Charles! He put in a high quality skylight replacement for my Ryan Homes original skylights from 1999 that were beginning to leak. Fair pricing and excellent service/responsiveness. It was 99% a job performed from the outside so it was minimally disruptive, we were able to go about our normal day while they worked. Thank you Charles for your prompt installation to stop my leaks!
