  • Can the Design & Product Advisor create a quote for my project?

    The consultation is designed to understand your needs and create the ideal plan for bringing daylight and fresh air into your space. You may be presented with a design proposal that includes recommendations on product, placement, and installation options.

  • Do I need to provide photos of my home during the consultation?

    It’s not required but always helpful! The more information or visuals you have available for our advisors, the better their recommendations will be.

  • What if I prefer not to have a video call?
  • What should I do if I cannot connect to Teams during my scheduled consultation?

    If you have any issues joining a meeting, you can either reply to the email confirmation or the advisor assigned to your consultation will call the number you provide within 5 minutes of the scheduled meeting time.

  • I need Technical Support (I am having issues with the remote control, the motor not working, the skylight not opening/closing, warranty issues, etc). Should I book a consultation?
