The room with the new skylights is now the best room in the house. Highly recommended! I found Innovative Skylights from a google search and noticed they were a family run local business with a focus on quality and with happy employees and so I decided to go for it. They perfectly installed two small rectangular skylights in a dimly lit room in the back of the house. The house is 1-story with a low slope roof. The natural light from the skylights now fills the entire room with brightness and makes it feel very comfortable. Originally intended for a child's bedroom, the light was so nice that it became the home office instead. The sky and clouds are visible overhead throughout the day, which is really awesome. The natural light has also helped balance circadian rhythm despite staring at computer screens all day to much relief. Dan from Innovative Skylights came to do a preliminary visit for a quote. Shortly afterwards, his team came and installed everything over the course of a few hours. They were very respectful of the floors and furniture in the room while working, and did quality work with the install. Totally worth it!

Dan was excellent start to finish. We wanted a combination of skylights and Sun Tunnels. Unfortunately our ceiling joists and where we wanted the skylights was near impossible so we decided on all Sun Tunnels. We have a brand new house and unfortunately after we moved in we realized that there was very little light coming into certain parts of our new home like the far side of the kitchen, laundry room, the hallway, and our flex room. You can judge the results for yourself in the photos. Dan and team were excellent an we would recommend them highly.

Agree with lots of the comments already posted. These folks really are awesome. They did our skylight replacement after we bought our home. Very unfortunately we had a hailstorm afterwards; and without thinking of the implications for the skylights, I assumed the people who replaced our roof would know how to keep the skylights sealed. Bad assumption. A year after the roof repair we had leakage around the skylights. I didn't bother with the roofing people; I just called Innovative Skylights. They came right out, assessed the problems; gave us a quote & did the work in a very professional manner. Highly recommend these guys; and strongly suggest that even after they're installed, if you've got the need for any roof repair, get Innovative back involved to ensure whatever the roofing guys do it doesn't mess up the sealing of your skylights. As 1 of their technicians said, "it's the only thing we do; and we know how to do it right". Perhaps the company does other things as they're called "... Skylights & Attics" but the 2 crews who handled our issues definitely knew what they were doing.

Are you kidding? This looks amazing. The solar powered blinds are awesome too. We’ve had a few storms roll through since installation and there isn’t a single issue with them. I love the Velux brand we purchased. Dan’s team is professional and this is what they do- skylights. I wouldn’t trust a general contractor to punch holes in my roof now that I’ve seen how smoothly they work and how knowledgeable they are. They did the job in a single morning. I will recommend their services to friends and family. As Dan told me, “light brings life” and this living room is completely upgraded now, and I am sure any buyer in the future will love it too. Don't install skylights in the first place. If you do, know that there are very few contractors in this field who know what they are doing. Dan is one of them. On the side, Dan discovered and fixed a big issue with my door acting as a general handyman with a good heart.

Had three skylights be replaced with the new, flat glass. Significant difference in amount of heat and humidity in the house since. Very affordable price. Workers pulled up in their work van and were finished and left with no mess within a few hours. Would definitely recommend.

The Innovative Skylight team was easy to work and communicate with. They came out and did an evaluation and helped us walk through available options. When we selected what we wanted they scheduled the dates for the install. On the day of the installl they made the removal of the old sky lights and install of the new skylights same day, with no mess, and great quality. I had single pane old skylights that had cracked and become foggy. I debated on replacing them with new, and finally decided to inquire about what options were available. Our patio house needed more light as we only have windows on 3 sides of the house. The Innovative light artist team brighten the entire house with 5 Sun Tubes and 2 skylight. They did all this in less than a week! The two new sky lights over the kitchen cooking island is so well done it looks like it was designed and installed when the house was originally build. The surprise find is the saving on the electrical billing and the solar powered open / close remote control skylight acts a great cooking vent when opened. As a continued customer, I strongly recommend the quality professional services of Innovation Skylights for the reasons I outline below. In September 2016 I was faced with the need to replace an 8’ x 11’ skylight which was generating a chronic leak which had not been disclosed by the previous owners during the sale process. This was an unpleasant surprise which required immediate attention. As a result of a thorough research, I found Innovation Skylights. They came to site, examined the situation and proposed a solution which was accepted. There were several aspects which made the solution a winner, the main one being this: The replacement of the leak generated one unit metal framed sky light by a new curb mounted two dome acrylic skylight system, with UV value above 60%. The system was installed and has been performing successfully since then. Periodically maintenance inspections by Innovation Skylights have taken place thus assuring the continued quality performance of the system. Besides this system, in April 2021 Innovations Skylights have also removed five old smaller skylights and replaced and installed new 22 ½” x 22 ½” curb-mount skylights. From day one back in 2016 to now I have had only positive experiences with Innovation Skylights, from Dan Marshall and all his professional and courteous qualified team who has always responded to my requests through all these years. My living room was a bit too dark because of the extended patio. I contacted Innovative Skylights to add 3 small skylights into the ceiling of the living room. Great addition, it really wakes up the room. I opted for the solar powered curtain option which is nice to be able to control the amount of light entering the room. It's not the cheapest home improvement project, but it's well worth the money we paid for the job as lighting really makes the room inviting.

We have had Innovative Skylights install several skylights and replaced old ones that were leaking. The large ones are wonderful and I enjoy having the tube lights in dark areas like the laundry room or back hallway. Very happy with this experience and I would do it again.

During our roof replacement in 2020, we also updated our HUGE kitchen skylight. It was a tinted bubble model that was not aging well. It was quite large, btw 48-54in sq. Innovative Skylights gave us a couple of options...custom skylight to keep the same size at $$$$ or off-the-shelf skylight - slightly smaller at $$. As much as we wanted the custom option, our budget was not there. We chose the off-the shelf at 48insq and it was installed at the same time our roof was going in. A new frame was built & installed and it is clear, but more energy efficient. Our kitchen is so bright, we only use the lights at night! I think we will go back to Innovative Skylights for anything skylight related in the future.

What a difference this skylight made! There was an old skylight in our master bath, which was acrylic and had become clouded through the decades. Innovative Skylights replaced it with their beautiful glass Velux skylight. The clear glass lets in much more sunlight than the old one, doesn't leak or have condensation like the old one, and looks great from the inside and outside. All the people involved were professional, knowledgable, friendly and did their jobs with excellence. Wish we'd done this years ago. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the two workers who came to install new flashing around my two skylights. I had had a new roof put on but I didn't want the roofing company to be responsible for the skylights, so I called Innovative Skylights. They worked on an extremely hot day, which I appreciated.
