The Top-Hinged roof window features an innovative top control bar and convenient bottom handle for operation. It opens outward up to 45° for a spectacular view and a feeling of space. The top control bar allows for installation to be lower than an equivalent bottom-operated window, making it an ideal product in applications with low ceilings. Suitable for 15° to 55° roof pitch Frame, sash and ventilation flap are made of polyurethane moulded around a core of thermally modified timber with a finish of white lacquer. The exterior of the frame and sash is metal-clad. The window is equipped with an insulating glass unit.
