Our most energy-efficient standard flat skylight, the VELUX Solar Powered “Fresh Air” Skylight features a small solar panel. This panel collects available daylight to charge an internal battery-powered operating system. For hands-free operation, this skylight pairs with a remote control or VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO. This skylight also features an acoustic rain sensor that automatically closes it at the first sign of rain.
